Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Standard delivery orders ship within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, for non-personalized items. For Personalized items please allow up to five additional business days. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified via email.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Orders will ship via  via USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number for you to see where your package is!

IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
For emergency situations and orders, please email info@lovelyrollingpin.com.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
"Standard Shipping" rates in the chart below are for delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states via USPS standard delivery. 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Our "Standard Shipping" services and rates are applicable to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories -- for these destinations, actual shipping costs are calculated and provided to you at checkout before placing your order. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes, we ship internationally using USPS international shipping rates. 


WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged. Contact info@lovelyrollingpin.com and submit photos of the damage. We will process a claim via the shipping method that was used and resend your order. All packaging is required in the result that an inspection is required via USPS.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
All orders that have provided an email will receive the tracking number directly from USPS. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@lovelyrollingpin.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Whether buying from us as a retail or wholesale customer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Lovely Rolling Pin purchase & experience. If you are not happy with the product you receive for any reason or you receive a damaged product please contact us and one of our team members will work with you to replace or return the product. All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase in new, unused condition. Return shipping will not be refunded unless an item is defective or it has been shipped to you in error. In the case of defective merchandise, please call us. Please note that special orders are non-refundable.
